Product Purchase Policy

ASTRO is windows- based software and Trial is for 30 days. During trial, full functionality is available only on the example data shipped with ASTRO.
After the expiry of Trial, user can’t reinstall ASTRO or renew the trial license.
Subscription can be taken anytime for Product 'Pearl'or 'Diamond' during trial period. Subscription available for Monthly/Six Months/Annual & for Three Years.
The purchase time subscription is for a minimum period of six months. Thereafter monthly renewals are allowed.
Subscription 'Top up'/renewal can be done any time before expiring of the ongoing subscription. The remaining days on the date of renewal shall be added to the renewal period. E.g. 5 days remained from earlier period then the monthly recharge will show 35 days as balance.
Product can be Changed from Pearl to Diamond & vice-versa only at the TOP-UP time. Minimum Top-Up/Renewal is for a period of one month to change the Product anytime.
The rate difference among the two products is to be paid to upgrade subscription from Pearl to Diamond.
On change of Product from Diamond to Pearl, remaining days on the day of conversion are added to the subscription with pro rata days conversion with the ratio of product rates.
The subscription tariffs change from time to time & the notified plan on the website on the day of renewal/Top-Up shall be applicable.
In order to facilitate Astrologer to work with two devices, one at the place or work and other at home, a concession of 40% is provided on thesubscription tariff for the second device. Maximum two devices are allowed for subscriptions for the same Customer.
For the second device subscription, the first device must be subscribed with Pearl or Diamond and not having a Trial subscription.
The second device subscription is allowed only for the same product that is subscribed for the first device. i.e. if first has 'PEARL' the second device is also for 'PEARL' only.
Second device subscription period is capped to the first device subscription. It can be subscribed for a lesser period than the first device but not more.e.g. First Device is under subscription for 3 months then second can be subscribed to an extent of 3 months only and not more.
If customer wants more subscription on second device then he has to renew/Top-up the subscription for the first device to enable the same.
