- Product Editions & Free Trial: ASTRO is available in Pearl and Diamond editions. A 30-day non-extendable trial with Diamond features is available using pre-loaded sample data. Users may subscribe to a paid plan at any time during or after the trial.
- Subscription Plans: Available plans include Monthly, Annual, 3-Year, and Perpetual (Diamond only). Plan offerings are subject to change.
- Renewals & Plan Switches:
- Subscriptions can be renewed anytime before expiry; unused days roll over automatically to the new validity period.
- Plan switches (Pearl ↔ Diamond) require a minimum one-month renewal. Remaining subscription days are adjusted pro-rata based on current listed rates.
- Second-Device Concession (40% Off):
- A 40% discount applies to a second device registered under the same email and mobile number.
- The primary device must have an active paid subscription (trial versions do not qualify).
- The second device must match the primary device's product tier (Pearl or Diamond) and its validity cannot exceed the remaining duration of the primary subscription.
- Dual-subscription users must change tiers on both devices simultaneously, except when upgrading to a Perpetual license.
- Perpetual License Rules:
- Perpetual (Lifetime) licensing is exclusive to the Diamond edition.
- Upgrades from existing Pearl or Diamond plans receive a pro-rata credit for unused days based on the net base rate (excluding GST).
- To obtain a Perpetual license on a second device (at a 40% discount), the primary device must already hold a Perpetual license.
- If the primary device has a Perpetual license, the second device may remain on a discounted subscription (Pearl or Diamond). Upgrading the second device from Pearl to Diamond is permitted, but downgrading from Diamond to Pearl is not allowed.
- Coupons & Promotional Discounts: Promotional coupons apply strictly to the primary device. They cannot be combined with the 40% second-device discount.
- Account Management & Renewals: Renewals and product changes can be managed directly within the software (via the Account section or Login screen) or online at https://astrouser.com/renewal-subscription using your registered email or mobile number.
