ASK EXPERTS! Column - Question?
What are the house involved for court case litigation . Especially wining a land case

Court Case litigation is analysed from 6th and 11th houses. 6th is the main house and its sublord should signify 6 or 11 and should not indicate 5 or 12 for your client's victory. In any case above rule is applicable. IF you are working on a horary or KP horary chat then 6th sub should not be in a retro constellation. i.e starlord of 6th sublord should not be retrograde. This rule does not apply to natal charts.
For land related litigation, presence of mars or 4th house will be found in the chart.
