does rahu ketu have aspects in kp system.regarding dasa/bukti must include the aspect of dasa bukti lords or any planets aspecting them

No Rahu and Ketu do not have aspects. They represent conjoined planets first then the aspecting plaents and lastly the rasi lord. Dasa Bhukti lords special aspects should be considered. Like Mars, Saturn and Jupiter.
