The Krishnamurti Paddhati (KP) Astrological System was invented by Sothida Mannan, Jyotish Marthand,late Prof. K. S. Krishnamurti (1908-1972). KP Astrology provides a very clear and precise method to arrive at accurate predictions with minimal efforts. The crux of this system depends on the sub divisions of each of the 27 constellations in proportion of the Vimsottari Dasa system and the Ruling Planets, both of which were the inventions of Prof. Krishnamurti.

Today, all scientific minded astrologers, serious practitioners and learners aspiring to offer perfect predictions have embraced KP Astrology for its sheer accuracy in predictions. A huge migration in to KP Astrology is observed from the traditional field ofAstrology due to the simplicity and uniformity of rules and applications of KP tenets.

The theme of this Summit is 'Advancement'. The main focus of this Summit is to equip KP practitioners, professionals and learners with applied principles and advanced techniques in Krishnamurti Paddhati. Senior and famous astrologers in the field of KP would be deliberating on the practical and advanced topics of interest in both the days of the Summit. Experts in KP Astrology would be speaking on several theories, applied principles and advanced applications of KP Techniques. 

The deliberations of the Summit are expected to benefit the KP learners and practitioners by highlighting the applied techniques with examples. The deliberations will also highlight the measures to be initiated by the KP astrologers.  

Since ancient times, astrologers are consulted for fixing Muhurtas. Today, the need has increased many fold. Not only for marriages and other celebrations but Muhurtas are useful for appearing interviews, for getting better results in the examination, starting new projects etc. Fixing of Muhurtas is an specialized skill in astrology and very little has been published on fixing Muhurtas through KP Dr. VBN Sarma has done extensive research on Muhurtas for past 60 years. He
has learnt the art from none other than Prof. K.S.Krishnamurti , founder of the KP system. It is a great opportunity for any astrologer to learn from Dr. Sarma.

Normally, chart analysis need both planetary position and cuspal/house details. However, Mr. Bhaskaran has found a unique method based on sub sub analysis by which we can predict with the help of cuspal details (upto sub sub) alone. This novel method is called KB system and the originator will present it to the Summit audience. He will be clearly pointing out the concepts to assess the potential of each Bhava and also provides an effective tool to predict the event with great accuracy using the Vimshottari Dasha and the transit of concerned planets related to an event.

Prof. K.S.Krishnamurti has advocated the methodology of test and accept. We at KPAF strongly practice this and have constituted many research groups to validate and test various issues that keep an astrologer in a dilemma . Few of the research groups would bring out the insight into these issues which would help the astrologer to fine tune his analysis .The original work done by our research groups will be presented in knowledge enhancing sessions.

Birth time has always been contested when ever the chart analysis and predictions proved otherwise. Sri Ramkumar well known author on Birth Time Rectification would enlighten the audience on the method of rectifying the birth linked to Dasa system.

Instant predictions always been area of utmost curiosity for astrologers. Among many popular theories, Gulbarga theory is the most popular one in KP. The thirst of finding simple solutions however can't be quenched. Sri Sarvanan who has authored the Watch Predictive Technique will demonstrate the simplicity and effective use of his technique. WPT is also
practicable by even non astrologers.

Astrology is not only for predicting the events but more for guiding the clients. Sri Suresh Sahasane the stalwart of KP in Maharashtra has been following this principle for many years. He has found a unique method of guiding the students for taking particular stream of education and also guiding the pass outs for proper line of job. The session is uniquely designed by him for the occasion of centenary celebrations of Guruji Prof. K.S.Krishnamurti.

A very little has been done in the areas of Mundane astrology in the KP system. Prof. K.S.K has focused his research to natal and horary charts. The area of Mundane astrology has gained importance in changing political and economical scenario today. Sri Palaniappan ,an expert of Mundane astrology, has been teaching astrology for over decades , will give the approach to Mundane Astrology using KP principles. Medical Astrology & Remedies: Predictions without remedial methods is incomplete for many clients. Sri GVK Rao a stalwart KP practitioner for many years has been advocating Remedies to remarkable success rate. He will suggest simple remedies which can be followed without much difficulties and expenses to the client.

Sublord plays a pivotal role in the KP system. The world of KP revolved around cuspal and planetary sublords. It is the ultimate decider. Of late, the role of sublord is changed in some theories to significators. Sub has different role to play when it comes to nodes. Sri Rajendra Nimje has over 20 years of experience in KP astrology. He has been experimenting on various areas and been the prime mover behind the KP research teams.
