Apart from standard terms & conditions, following specific points are important.
- Astrologer hereby agrees to the ASTROUSER.Com service charges deductions which are in force on the day of transaction. After deductions, remaining amount shall be sent to astrologer by DD / Cheque as indicated. If correct / detailed address is not given by astrologer then ASTROUSER does not take responsibility to ensure delivery of Cheque / DD to astrologer.
- If astrologer opted by DD as the method for payment settlement then DD commission shall be deducted & remaining amount shall be paid.
- DD / Cheque shall be paid on monthly basis only.
- Pay pal or other gateway as provided by ASTROUSER from time to time shall be available to astrologers & withdrawal can be done anytime any no. of times as provided by the gateway operation i/c biggest amount of withdrawal for any transaction.
- ASTROUSER does not advocate any specific remedy or astrological services and shall not be responsible if any user files a suit against the ASTROUSER for any ill effects of advice or remedy by the concerned astrologer. Astrologer herewith indemnifies ASTROUSER for all his services & related cause of action being offered to his clients on ASTROUSER portal.
- ASTROUSER reserves the right to remove any astrologer from the panel anytime for misuse or for adverse feedback from clients or without assigning any reason.
- ASTROUSER reserves the right to put astrologer in suspension / debarred category for a specific period or permanently without assigning any reasons.
